Franck's salsa class is for singles and couples of all ages and levels. His class focuses on establishing a strong foundation in the basic salsa steps, musicality and body placement.

Franck's approach is lighthearted and fun. He sets the tone with classic latin music you know and love and helps you free your mind and find the beat.

Franck was recently featured in the musical blockbuster Warner Bros movie “In The Heights” Franck Muhel is a consummate dancer, choreographer and a passionate dance instructor of Afro and Latin Dance. He served as Executive Producer of “Salsa the Celebration”, an all-star dance and music extravaganza at the Manhattan Center with Eddie Torres, Frankie Morale among others (with charitable contributions going to Haitian earthquake victims).   

Mr. Muhel has performed on stage with internationally acclaimed orchestras including : The Mambo Legends Orchestra (formerly of Tito Puente), Eddie Torres & his Mambo Kings Orchestra, Orlando Marin & Orchestra, Mitch Frohman & the Bronx Horns, the Jimmy Delgado Orchestra, Frankie Morales & the Mambo Kings Orchestra, Yoko, Bobby Sanabria, The Jimmy Bosch Orchestra, Roberto Rodriguez Band, Jean Phillippe Marthely (Kassav singer), The Latin Jazz Quartet, The Spanish Harlem Orchestra, Luis Perico Ortiz & His Orchestra.    

Franck Muhel has performed on stage at New York’s major venues  including, Lincoln Center, The Apollo Theater, Manhattan Center, Summer Stage, Bryant Park, Lehman Center, Battery Park, Bryan Park, SOB’s, Taj, Macy’s.
